Fees & Commissions
10% management fee on collected rent
$75.00 lease up fee Commission of 1/2 of first full month rent collected Maintenance billed at 1 hour minimum

MISCELLANEOUS
One year management agreement
Initial deposit for operating and/or reserve account
Owner draw checks and statements mailed by the 15th of the month
Owner approval for any one expense over $1,000.00 (negotiable)
Agent authorized to negotiate contracts up to $1,000.00 (negotiable)

Overtime Rates will be charged for any required "EMERGENCY" work including emergency break-in board-ups or break-in repairs, plumbing and electrical and HVAC/mechanical technical or any other work that must be done outside of our normal business hours M-F 8:30a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Closed weekends and holidays.
